What we do
A single false review can sit at the top of a Google Business Profile for months and shape how new customers see a business. We assess those reviews, identify whether there are real grounds to challenge them, and lodge well-argued complaints through Google’s official channels.
Our clients include dental clinics, accounting firms, restaurants and law firms. You can read what some of them say on our homepage.
What we do not do
- We do not try to remove genuine criticism or honest opinion. Those reviews are lawful.
- We do not post, buy or suppress reviews. Fake reviews are themselves a problem under the Australian Consumer Law.
- We do not guarantee removal. Google makes the decision.
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Who reviews our guides
Our guides and Australian law pages are written by Konrad Weber, an online reputation consultant since 1998, and checked for practical accuracy by Andrew Foster, our Review Removal Specialist. Andrew has a background in online reputation management and more than three years of experience handling Google review disputes. He is not a lawyer; where a question needs legal advice, our pages say so.
