Privacy policy

This policy explains how XSR Agency LTD, trading as G-DEFENCE, handles personal information collected through g-defence.com and in the course of providing our service.

Updated 2026-10-11

Who we are

XSR Agency LTD (“G-DEFENCE”, “we”, “us”), Georgiou Karaiskaki 11–13, Carisa Salonica, Office 102, 7560 Pervolia, Cyprus, company registration HE465334, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: foster@g-defence.com.

As a company established in the European Union, we handle personal information in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to us, we also comply with them.

What we collect

  • Assessment form: the link to your Google Business Profile, your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your confirmation that you have read this policy.
  • Case information: details you send us about reviews, your business and supporting records, by email, phone or the form.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider processes standard server data such as IP address, browser type and request times to deliver and secure the website.

Why we use it

  • To assess your review and reply to your enquiry (steps at your request before entering a contract)
  • To provide the service, including preparing and lodging complaints with Google (performance of a contract)
  • To invoice and keep records required by law (legal obligation)
  • To operate and secure the website (legitimate interests)

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Disclosure

To challenge a review, we disclose necessary information to Google, for example in a complaint or legal removal request. We also use service providers for website hosting, data storage and email, who process data on our behalf. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia and outside the EU, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps required by applicable law to protect it.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address to Google.

Information about third parties

If you share information about customers or reviewers with us, for example to show that a reviewer was never a customer, please share only what is needed. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to share it. See our guide on evidence for review complaints.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to enquiries is restricted to authorised staff.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information. Under the GDPR you may also have the right to erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. To make a request, email foster@g-defence.com.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your information, contact us first and we will respond. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or, where the Privacy Act applies, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
